Event Details

The wonder of life is often overlooked. The gift of being alive, of appreciating ourselves, each other and the world we live in, is often overlooked in our busyness of life. Remembering the fragility of our days awakens us to the truth how fragile life is. Remembering we all will leave this world.

Contemplating our EOL invites us to reassess our priorities, gaining a clear understanding of what truly matters. It invites us to humbly reconstruct our life’s vision.

This program is an invitation for anyone seeking a more intentional approach to living and a wider lens to end of life planning. When you consciously contemplate and connect with others around the reality of your mortality, it will change how you live and how you die, right here, right now and for the rest of your life

Please join Kathy Ginn as she opens the door to exploring the Sacredness of Life and Death:

  • Enrich Your Life by Contemplating your End of Life; Live and Embrace What Really Matters.
  • End of Life Care Doula – What is an EOL Doula?  It is important to remember; Death is not a medical experience – it is a human experience.
  • Body-centered Grief Companion; we grieve with our body, mind, heart and soul.

Kathy is a community care doula and death literacy advocate. She is the creative force behind 4Rivers Center for Well Being along with Sacred River both located in Oconomowoc.

Kathy serves those who wish to age gracefully, live fully and with meaning, embrace our individual mortality and enjoy the most precious gift we have, time. She is an End of Life Touch Therapist, Hakomi Bodyworker, Certified Grief Companion and Certified End of Life Care Doula. Kathy also serves as an Educator, Retreat Leader and Author.

Kathy is passionate about the sacredness of our life and our death, and feels honored to walk with you on your unique and individual life journey. Participants can expect to come away with a rich and meaningful way of looking at one’s life and the power of contemplating our end of life.
